…The Lord God made them all.
On Monday, I took sweet Jerry Anderson to the vet for the last time. He was getting old, and I’m thankful I had forewarning and the chance to manage things so there are only good memories. He was a good little buddy, and I hope you’ll indulge me posting some of my favorite images of him.
(The title and intro are lines from a poem titled “Heaven and Earth” by Cecil Francis Alexander. Read the entire poem here.)
Oh, Jan, I’m so so sorry. I had to do the same thing with Louie the Wonder Cat last summer. It’s hard.

Sorry to hear about Jerry Andeson 😦
He’s a handsome boy and you’re lucky to have had such a great companion.
I have 4 cats and one is awfully sick. I hope I have the same courage as you when her time comes.

Sorry to hear the news about Jerr:-( He was the first cat I tried to put a dog harness on and give him a walk. Of course you remember he didnt like that much, and he was a bit too hefty to fit in the small dog harness, but he was just so much like a dog I had to try it. He was good buddy.
You’ll be missed Jerry.
